Opening a Support Ticket

The Support Ticket system provides a concrete paper trail for everything from the initial provisioning of nodes, to the transfer or withdrawal of tokens, and everything in between. If you encounter a situation where you would like to formally request any service or escalate an issue pertaining to your account, you can easily do so by opening a support ticket directly from your main profile page.

 

Once you are logged in:

You can Open Ticket from the top bar, or from the central right-hand side.

 

 

  • Your Name and Email Address will auto-populate
  • Enter a Subject, and write up a quick Message and Support Staff will be notified immediately.
    • You can edit the Priority to your desired specifications

 

 

Click the Submit button, and Support Staff will respond as soon as possible to walkthrough resolving the Support Ticket.
